Herbs N Honey customized meal plans are more than a map of what to eat; they’re carefully curated plans designed to maximize wellness and enjoyment while considering the realities of your life. Whether you work nights, have picky kids or hate fish, we can work with and around your circumstances to develop a sustainable plan that fits your life and achieves your goals.

28-days’ worth of recipes, shopping lists and preparation instructions
Four weekly 30-minute check-ins for support and troubleshooting help

How it works
The first step is to book an initial consultation with Lynne. If a custom meal plan feels like a fit for you, here’s how the process unfolds from there:
You’ll meet with Lynne to discuss your goals, preferences, lifestyle and limitations.
Within one week you’ll receive your 28-day meal plan, which includes recipes, shopping lists and prep instructions
You’ll meet with Lynne for (four) weekly check-ins to ask questions, troubleshoot and adjust your plan as necessary
By the end of four weeks, you can expect to be well on your way to feeling great – and ready to start the 28-day cycle over again. Your meal plan is designed to be used again and again, but Lynne is always available if your goals change your you want a refresh.

Yes – it covers everything you’ll eat in a day including meals and snacks!

That really depends on how much time and/or interest you have. If time is tight or you don’t love to cook, we’ll prioritize efficiency and incorporate fast and easy meals. If, on the other hand, part of the reason you’re doing this is to learn interesting new recipes, we can accommodate that too.

By the end of the first month you can expect to be starting to feel better but real, deep-level change takes time so we do recommend sticking with the plan for a minimum of three months. If you do, we’re willing to bet you’ll never want to go back to your old ways.

Typically, but meal plans are fully customized and, as such, we work with your personal preferences, goals and medical condition that you would like to support.

If you’ve got kids or a partner to feed, we’d absolutely take that into account when building your meal plan. This is intended to make cooking and eating less work; not more – so we’d never want you to be making one thing for yourself and another for everyone else.
